I’m a mum of twins and personal trainer in Keysborough.
I have always had a passion for fitness from a young age, growing up I used to watch Oz Style Aerobics and would dream about one day taking my own fitness sessions. I love health and fitness and love to inspire and motivate others to live a fit and healthy lifestyle. I believe in moderation and balancing good nutrition and training. This means no cutting out of major food groups, not over training and having regular rest days.
Being a mum of twins I know how hard it is to find time to exercise and eat well, however I believe that it is important to look after yourself. You are setting an example for your children so living a health and fit lifestyle will encourage them to do the same.
I love being a personal trainer and helping people achieve their health and fitness goals. Being able to help and encourage others to improve their life and make changes to their health and fitness is my passion.
